TL;DR

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid 70/30 model with 70% in-office collaboration.

Salary: $109,200–$174,600 per year, with potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity eligibility.

What you will do

  • Implement and maintain Market Access contracts by translating executed terms into accurate system setup and operational requirements.
  • Oversee Chargebacks and Rebates payments, resolve disputes, and coordinate with internal teams and Wholesaler partners.
  • Manage outsourced Contract Operations providers and hold them accountable for quality and performance.
  • Design quality-assurance, reconciliation, monitoring, reporting, and dashboard processes; investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, Digital, Sales, distributors, wholesalers, and contract owners.
  • Maintain SOX controls, procedures, workflow governance, training materials, and business-continuity practices while improving processes with automation and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract management, pricing, or Market Access within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of contract administration or revenue management processes, including Pricing, Customer Eligibility, Membership, Chargebacks, or Rebates.
  • Experience managing operational processes and driving accountability across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, dashboard, data-analysis, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in the Princeton office under the 70/30 in-office model.

Nice to have

  • Model N experience.
  • Experience with system enhancements, testing, automation, or AI tools.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and contract governance.
  • Expertise in U.S. pharmaceutical pricing, reimbursement, and contracting.
