Senior Specialist Contract Operations Purchase Markets, Specialty (Biopharma)

Location: Morristown, New Jersey, United States; onsite. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $100,500–$145,166.66 annually.

What you will do

• Set up, amend, and maintain contracts and discounts for Rare Blood, Lemtrada, Rare Disease, and Thyrogen programs.
• Calculate and load quarterly ASP-based pricing using ceiling prices and WAC discounts.
• Communicate pricing updates and resolve discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process monthly and quarterly rebates and administrative fee payments in Revenue Manager (Model N).
• Evaluate rebate payments, pricing tiers, and contract performance using sales and chargeback data.
• Maintain product and pricing master data, support departmental projects, and ensure SOX compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business concentration preferred.
• Experience with contract operations, pricing, rebates, data validation, or related pharmaceutical commercial processes.
• Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident and work onsite in Morristown, NJ.
