What you will do

  • Set up, amend, activate, and maintain contracts for oncology customers, GPOs, health systems, individual providers, and the Kaiser Staff Model.
  • Execute rebate and payment processing, pricing updates, eligibility management, tier management, and rebate adjudication.
  • Conduct trend and variance analysis of payments to support contract performance evaluation and generate actionable insights.
  • Calculate and load quarterly ASP-based pricing using ceiling prices and WAC discounts.
  • Process monthly and quarterly administrative fee payments in Revenue Manager (Model N).
  • Validate purchase-based agreements, resolve discrepancies, support departmental projects, and maintain SOX compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in business, finance, accounting, policy, or healthcare is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in market access, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or finance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret rebate, pricing, and payment variance data.
  • Excellent organization, time management, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, as well as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Model N FLEX and ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
