Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Asia; remote

What you will do

• Manage financial and management reporting, including cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, and statutory reporting.
• Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts, and management reports.
• Perform and review revenue, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to automate, simplify, and transform finance processes using AI, data, and technology.
• Partner with Finance Systems, Data, Engineering, auditors, tax agents, external advisors, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consulting, or finance transformation.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical, reconciliation, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in finance transformation, automation, or consulting is highly preferred, particularly in FinTech or digital assets.
• Strong interest in AI, GenAI, automation, data, and emerging finance technologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; ERP, BI, workflow automation, or financial systems experience is beneficial.
