Corporate Controller (AI)

Location: Remote, based in the United States. Listed locations include Austin, Boston, Raleigh, and Santa Clara.

What you will do

• Lead a global accounting organization with clear ownership and high standards.
• Own the quality, speed, and predictability of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Set accounting policy across revenue, inventory, leases, equity, debt, and foreign currency.
• Partner with Commercial, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Strategic Finance.
• Build controls into workflows, manage risks, and support well-managed audits.
• Replace manual accounting work with ERP, automation, data, and AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Senior accounting leader with strong technical judgment and operational discipline.
• 15+ years of experience leading accounting or controllership teams in complex organizations.
• CPA or equivalent qualification with deep US GAAP and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience in technology, semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Experience scaling teams, controls, systems, and processes through rapid growth.
• Must be based in the United States and be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
