Customer Care Delivery Specialist in HR Services with English and Hungarian (HR Services)

Location: Virtual, Poland, with remote or hybrid work options and access to a modern office in Kraków. Applicants must have work authorization in Poland without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.

Salary: 5,000 PLN gross per month. Additional compensation includes a 1,500 PLN gross language allowance and a quarterly bonus starting from 750 PLN gross.

What you will do

• Support client employees with questions about HR procedures and employment benefits through phone, webchat, and other channels.
• Handle queries about salary, payslips, onboarding, holidays, leave of absence, and overtime.
• Explain how to use online HR systems.
• Investigate and resolve more complex employee cases.

Requirements

• English at C1 level or higher required.
• Hungarian at C1 level or higher required.
• Adaptability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Customer Care experience is beneficial but not required.
