Analytic Compliance, Audit Analyst II

What you will do

• Perform data-driven compliance audits of B2B analytic products and the B2C myhirify.global.com platform.
• Review how models, data, business processes, and controls are designed, tested, and operated.
• Investigate data and process anomalies, develop root-cause hypotheses, and validate findings with evidence.
• Analyze samples of data, transactions, and system outputs to test control effectiveness and document methodologies and findings.
• Partner with engineering, product, data science, and legal teams to understand systems and regulatory requirements.
• Track findings through resolution, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, or economics is highly preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, analytics, quantitative research, or a related technical role.
• Strong investigative mindset, attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to identify root causes.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with Excel, including pivot tables; experience with Jira, Tableau, or similar tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work with confidentiality, manage multiple reviews, and meet deadlines in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting compliance analytics, evaluating risks, or maintaining compliance documentation.
• Experience in banking, consumer lending, healthcare, insurance, fintech, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience auditing analytics.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analytic workflows.
