What you will do

• Support large-scale application operations and continuous delivery of critical data pipelines and enterprise interfaces.
• Analyze application interfaces and tools, prepare logical models, write SQL and scheduling scripts, and test data workflows.
• Diagnose and correct data, process, performance, and integration faults across enterprise systems.
• Execute planned and ad-hoc corrective maintenance to meet availability targets and strict SLAs.
• Perform quality control, identify data discrepancies, and ensure timely processing of high-volume operational workflows.
• Collaborate with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams while improving procedures, playbooks, run books, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting large-scale applications, infrastructure technologies, and operations data.
• Strong knowledge of Linux servers, enterprise networking, backups, and Oracle databases.
• Expertise in complex SQL queries, data-flow analysis, and system integration troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting mission-critical billing, metering, or high-volume transaction-processing systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or structured application development frameworks, coding guidelines, and database standards.
