Associate Analyst, Performance and Data Reconciliation (Fintech)

Salary: $20.85–$34.71 per hour

What you will do

• Resolve questions, requests, and escalations related to client reporting applications and software.
• Provide clients with explanations of investment performance and reporting results.
• Analyze firm-wide investment activity through transaction accounting.
• Review and validate performance figures, investigate discrepancies, and identify reporting defects.
• Collaborate with business units to correct recurring issues and improve data quality.
• Implement solutions, oversee existing processes, and mitigate future firm-wide risk.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services with client-facing or operations experience; comparable experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of investment performance data, including time-weighted and money-weighted calculations.
• Knowledge of portfolio and investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation.
• Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Working knowledge of SQL Studio and willingness to learn.
• SIE or Series 99 certification.
