Associate Collections Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support operational and strategic initiatives for the collections function.
• Manage account-level reviews across the complete collections lifecycle.
• Identify effective client outreach strategies and execute collection plans.
• Optimize collection processes to maximize revenue recovery and meet financial goals.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and resolve customer-related conflicts.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of direct collections experience, preferably in e-commerce, payments, financial services, or a similar industry.
• Ability to learn, adapt to, and train on new processes and procedures.
• Logical and rational thinking with data analysis and investigative skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ACH, checks, digital wallets, international payments, virtual cards, and credit cards.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management.
