Third Party Enrollment Technology Consultant

Base salary: $53,300–$100,700 per year

What you will do

• Serve as a technical resource and point of contact during third-party enrollment technology implementations.
• Manage multiple high-profile, high-risk, and complex case-level enrollment technologies.
• Consult on enrollment technology strategies and provide technical support to business partners and technology vendors.
• Identify, prevent, and resolve enrollment technology escalations in partnership with IT.
• Develop effective data exchange methods for large and complex enrollment files.
• Represent the team on cross-functional initiatives involving system enhancements, testing, and problem solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in project management, enrollment systems, IT, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives, with strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong collaboration, customer service, relationship-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing large volumes of work and concurrent issues with timely escalation and detailed documentation.
• Working knowledge of third-party enrollment technology platforms, data manipulation, relational databases, and basic design, coding, and testing concepts.

Nice to have

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project and Visio are a plus.
• Subject matter expertise in hirify.global enrollment technology platforms, products, processes, and sales operations.
• Desire to expand technical knowledge and learn new tools.
