Market Research Associate Consultant

Location: Hybrid role based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York, New York; or Princeton, New Jersey, United States. The position combines work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions to client business problems using problem-solving frameworks.
• Structure and conduct market and desk research to generate insights for client decisions.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations through written and oral presentations.
• Build client relationships, support project planning, and manage status updates, risks, and issues.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to advancing problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements

• PhD or master’s degree with a bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively oriented field such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences.
• Alternatively, 2–5 years of relevant post-study professional experience in lieu of a PhD.
• Fluency in English and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, organization, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.
