Program Manager, Named Accounts, Autodesk Education

Location: Texas, USA — Remote. Travel to customer institutions and hirify.global events may be required, up to 30%. In-person onboarding and/or identity verification may be required.

Salary: $78,000–$140,360 annual base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Translate program objectives into scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Build and operate program plans, action and risk tracking, status reporting, and governance mechanisms.
• Identify risks, dependencies, execution gaps, and practical solutions early.
• Drive decisions to closure, maintain stakeholder accountability, and escalate blockers.
• Facilitate working sessions and translate business or customer needs into actionable plans.
• Manage selected budget, vendor, reporting, and continuous-improvement responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or PMO roles.
• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, including senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for higher education and ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to travel to customer institutions and hirify.global events, up to 30%.
