Associate Manager, GTM Strategy & Pricing (Logistics)

Location: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Seattle, or Atlanta, United States

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Develop revenue and pricing strategy for a new fulfillment business line.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to win new merchant deals and shape go-to-market plans.
• Build pricing models, playbooks, processes, and tools that accelerate revenue growth.
• Analyze performance, size opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and identify root causes using a data-driven approach.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product, and Engineering to scale new business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, business operations, business analytics, or high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Experience building accurate models and leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to set strategy and execution plans with minimal oversight and manage multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to use AI tools to test hypotheses and scale work efficiently.
