Location: Remote, but applicants must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 base salary per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered platform for managing physical assets such as cars, homes, motorcycles, and RVs, with products spanning insurance, driving insights, diagnostics, and repairs.

What you will do

• Join the central BizOps & Analytics team and embed within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
• Define business problems, hypotheses, metrics, and the decisions that analysis should inform.
• Build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface insights using business data.
• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and measurable outcomes from analysis through execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
• Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.
