Customer Operations Representative

Location: Fully remote for full-time hourly employees currently residing in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA. Listed locations include Dallas, Atlanta, Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, Plano, and Scottsdale.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour. Sales-path roles may also include uncapped commissions and equity.

What you will do

• Support customers shopping for or managing auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
• Answer inbound calls and identify coverage gaps, available discounts, and renewal concerns.
• Match customers with suitable insurers across hirify.global's insurance carrier panel.
• Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the product and customer experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Must reside in one of the eligible U.S. states for full-time hourly employment.
