Customer Support Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $20–$21 per hour; the detailed compensation statement lists an hourly rate of $21.54.

hirify.global is an early-stage fintech company building an embedded digital banking and earned wage access platform for American workers.

What you will do

• Provide first-line support through phone, text, and email.
• Help users from signup through ongoing use of hirify.global’s products.
• Become an expert in hirify.global’s digital banking, earned wage advance, and repayment products.
• Investigate user issues and coordinate with product, technology, and partner teams.
• Develop knowledge of earned wage access and the on-demand pay space.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Zendesk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with numbers and financial calculations.
• Interest in understanding hourly workers’ financial challenges and supporting them.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Tier 2 customer support experience.
• Experience in a technology environment.
• Interest in fintech and earned wage access.
