Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (Northeast) Remote

Location: 100% remote for U.S. applicants and employees

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour. For locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: $18.00–$24.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup details and obtain release authorization.
• Coordinate releases, transportation, and personal item removal with vehicle owners, shops, and tow companies.
• Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates for each vehicle and interaction.
• Meet daily performance goals of 100+ calls and 80+ processed live lots.
• Participate in weekly Teams meetings and support teammates with additional tasks.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in a customer service role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong phone and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic 10-key proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, occasional overtime availability, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
