Luxury Furniture Product Specialist (Retail)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; physical retail in-store

Salary: $24.00–$25.50 per hour, with compensation starting at $24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide an inviting in-store guest experience focused on luxury design and customer satisfaction.
• Build personalized customer connections, understand needs, recommend products, and drive sales.
• Become an expert on Perigold products and services, supporting customers in-store and through the online endless aisle and store application.
• Explain purchasing options and close sales through the point-of-sale system, website, and app.
• Collaborate with the Design team by generating and referring leads and supporting product inquiries.
• Support store operations, including product processing, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience; design-related or luxury sales experience is a plus.
• Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High proficiency in verbal and written communication, multitasking, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a physically active retail environment involving standing, moving, handling, lifting, reaching, and frequent bending or kneeling.
