What you will do

• Lead the outlet store and deliver a high-quality customer experience across in-store, online, and app channels.
• Manage sales, payroll, controllable expenses, profitability, inventory levels, store opening and closing, and daily floor operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and retain associates across sales, customer service, operations, and product knowledge.
• Build a customer-centric, accountable team and develop talent pipelines for succession planning.
• Use sales analytics, customer feedback, and competitive insights to improve growth, visitation, and operational excellence.
• Maintain visual merchandising, security, ethical conduct, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading retail teams and managing store operations, sales performance, and customer service.
• Ability to meet financial goals and manage budgets, payroll, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Strong communication, professionalism, judgment, recruiting, coaching, and talent-development skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, climb, balance, and handle physical tasks; lifting or moving up to 50 pounds may be required.
• Must work in a physical, in-store retail environment in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
