Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 office days per week

What you will do
- Own end-to-end productions from initial briefing through final delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution.
- Coordinate project setups, production schedules, post-production, multi-channel asset delivery, and production documentation.
- Manage PPMs, call sheets, contracts, travel logistics, and other production requirements.
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Brand, and external production partners to bring concepts to life.
- Support creative development through talent research, supplier recommendations, and feasibility checks.
- Act as the main production contact, resolve challenges, and integrate AI-driven production solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production management experience in a production company, agency, or comparable in-house creative environment.
- Experience managing multiple productions from briefing to final delivery.
- Strong project management, organisation, prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, independent working style suited to a fast-paced international environment.
- High attention to detail and strong standards for creative quality and execution.
- Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
