Change Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Schönefeld bei Berlin, Germany. On-site, full-time role with flexibility to work during shifts, weekends, and peak periods.

What you will do

• Own the change, project, and program pipeline for the Berlin fulfillment center.
• Lead the project management office, track progress and KPIs, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate local and central stakeholders to align resources, scope, and priorities.
• Drive adoption of new tools, systems, standardized processes, and best practices.
• Support site operations during peak demand through problem-solving and metrics reporting.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation roadmaps across the DACH team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing an operational area in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain, including shift ownership and KPI accountability.
• Experience in high-volume retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment environments.
• Proven project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence teams without direct reporting lines and coach others through change.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work on-site during shifts, weekends, and peak periods.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant university degree.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or project management certification.
• Background with high-volume operators such as Lidl, Kaufland, Amazon, HelloFresh, or Zalando.
