Sr. Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Perryville, Maryland, United States

Salary: $73,000–$110,000 annually; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Supervise building workflow to support inventory accuracy, on-time order processing, and accurate customer deliveries.
• Analyze daily labor needs, identify staffing and workflow efficiencies, and redirect resources across warehouse functions.
• Review supervisor schedules to maintain coverage and consistent workflow across maintenance, shipping, receiving, and other areas.
• Develop and implement workaround strategies for operational issues and monitor outbound activities.
• Partner with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and hirify.global Core Values.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with and knowledge of WMS.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or non-standard hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with conveyor systems or other automated distribution and warehousing technologies.
• Experience managing workflow in large operations.
