Procurement Sourcing Manager

What you will do

• Own category strategies and execute sourcing initiatives that deliver cost savings, value, and risk mitigation.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
• Support contingent workforce and statement-of-work sourcing through vendor management systems and related controls.
• Build relationships with global and regional stakeholders, align priorities, and influence sourcing decisions.
• Monitor category spend, supplier performance, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Strengthen supplier governance, manage risks, and contribute to procurement process and tool improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related field, ideally in a global or professional-services environment.
• Experience developing category strategies and leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives.
• Strong commercial expertise in RFx execution, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage priorities across regions and cultural contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience with contingent workforce sourcing, vendor management systems such as Fieldglass, SOW-based procurement, or MSP delivery models.
