Location: Glasgow, UK; flexibility to travel as required.

What you will do
- Support Quantity Surveyors with cost estimation and cost control for construction projects.
- Assess subcontractor applications, process payments, and monitor subcontractor performance.
- Help prepare monthly valuations, commercial reports, and variations.
- Support negotiations and resolve commercial issues with internal colleagues and subcontractors.
- Manage change, contract administration, risk management, and forecasting activities.
Requirements
- Achieved or predicted to achieve a minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management by the start date.
- Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong numerical, analytical, organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required.
