What you will do

• Identify, plan, and implement process improvements that reduce costs, errors, rework, and manual effort.
• Introduce methods, tools, and workflows that improve product and service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process and project changes successfully.
• Communicate process changes through clear, inclusive, and multi-channel communications.
• Document and share best practices to support sustainable adoption and business continuity.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including data interpretation and process evaluation.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Project management experience covering planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with process documentation and workflow tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
