Business Analyst for Tribe Statutory and Regulatory Reporting - Lending Services and Trade Finance Services (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze complex Finance issues spanning squads and Tribes and develop complete functional and solution designs.
• Elicit, structure, prioritize, and maintain business and non-functional requirements, translating epics into features and user stories.
• Analyze current processes, root causes, information needs, data quality, operational risks, compliance, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate specialists, architects, IT teams, product owners, and stakeholders to evaluate solution alternatives and make decisions.
• Support agile roadmaps, incremental releases, acceptance criteria, scenarios, use cases, training materials, and work instructions.
• Document analyses using BABOK standards, domain models, logical data models, impact analyses, feasibility studies, decision sheets, and business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a comparable field.
• Knowledge and practical experience in business analysis, process management, financial services, and business-to-IT translation.
• Cross-domain Finance knowledge and experience with complex reporting solutions, including ESG reporting.
• Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean methods.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
