Sales Operations Analyst

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operational requests from Sales teams.
• Create, update, and maintain opportunities, quotes, and account data in Salesforce.
• Ensure CRM records and deal documentation are accurate and complete.
• Assist with quoting, approval routing, process administration, reporting, data cleanup, and operational audits.
• Respond to questions about sales processes, policies, and systems, escalating complex deal structures or policy exceptions when needed.
• Participate in process improvement, operational standardization, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer support, or administrative operations.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
