IT Business Analyst (Business Banking): Defining requirements and delivering scalable technology solutions for critical business banking services with an accent on stakeholder collaboration, process analysis, and Agile product delivery. Focus on translating business needs into functional requirements and user stories, integrating REST APIs and systems, and assessing solution impacts, risks, and dependencies.
Location: Manila, One Ayala Tower 2, Philippines

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, development teams, and testers to define and deliver solutions.
- Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support backlog refinement, roadmap discussions, Agile delivery, and assessment of business impacts, risks, and dependencies.
Requirements
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in Business Banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, database concepts, and SQL.
- Exposure to digital banking platforms and customer-facing applications.
- Experience in global or multicultural environments.
