IT Business Analyst (Business Banking)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, development teams, and testers to define and deliver solutions.
• Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gatherhirify.global sessions, and support backlog refinement, roadmap discussions, and Agile delivery.
• Assess business impacts, risks, and dependencies while contributhirify.global to continuous improvement in the Business Bankhirify.global domain.

Requirements

• Professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience gatherhirify.global, documenthirify.global, and managhirify.global business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Experience workhirify.global in Agile delivery teams and analyzhirify.global business processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger, plus the ability to collaborate in international cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Bankhirify.global, financial services, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, database concepts, and SQL.
• Exposure to digital bankhirify.global platforms and customer-fachirify.global applications.
