Salary: $108,000–$124,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design hirify.global applications and support the company-wide design system.
• Collaborate with design and product leadership to refine concepts and evolve the design language.
• Prototype AI-enabled designs and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Document design concepts and collaborate with the broader design team to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Promote design insights and adoption of design best practices across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, accessibility, and design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, or a related field.
• Understanding of design systems and UI/UX principles, with experience designing products and design systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with detailed, pixel-perfect design execution and a holistic user experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
