Brake Press Operator - 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Location: Santa Teresa - Industrial Ave, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Salary: $21.00–$22.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience, plus a $0.75/hour shift premium

What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC and manual brake press equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Select tooling and adjust machine settings for forming metal components.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring instruments.
• Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance while meeting production and quality targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of brake press operation experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Experience working with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel.
• Experience operating CNC brake press equipment such as Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, or Accurpress.
• Strong mathematics, measurement, computer, attention-to-detail, and safety skills.
