Fabrication Operator - 3rd Shift (Metal Fabrication)

Location: Anoka, MN, US; onsite, 3rd shift

Salary: $21.77–$29.37 per hour

What you will do

• Fabricate electrical and electronic enclosures according to production documentation and print specifications.
• Set up equipment, position materials and tooling, and maintain required dimensions.
• Perform rotational assignments including grinding, forming with press brakes, welding, and spot welding.
• Maintain production equipment, materials, work areas, and accurate ihirify.globalory records.
• Monitor product quality, meet performance standards, and support production schedules.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and metal fabrication.
• Ability to use welding equipment, resistance spot welders, TIG spot guns, and stud welding equipment.
• Ability to operate press brakes with NC controllers and use material-handling equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Anoka, Minnesota, on the 3rd shift.
