Shipping and Receiving Supervisor-2nd Shift

What you will do

• Supervise daily activities across the shipping and receiving departments and assign work to associates.
• Prepare, stage, load, unload, and ship materials safely and on schedule.
• Receive incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records in the tracking system.
• Coordinate trucking companies, shipment schedules, customer returns, paperwork, and invoice reconciliation support.
• Reconcile inventory variances, support cycle counting, and work with material handling, inventory, scheduling, and accounting teams.
• Enforce safety, quality, compliance, housekeeping, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse and shipping experience.
• Previous supervision experience.
• Computer skills, numerical ability, filing, forklift operation, and cycle-counting experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift from 5 to 50 pounds and stand or walk throughout an 8-hour shift, working indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Current valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
