Salary: $50,481.60–$85,966.40 per year

What you will do

• Support troubleshooting, testing, documentation, maintenance, and enhancements for ServiceNow ITSM applications.
• Configure basic ServiceNow solutions, including forms, catalog items, flows, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.
• Build and maintain Service Catalog items, including variables, approvals, workflows, and fulfillment configurations.
• Assist with scripting, integrations, data imports, incident resolution, and request fulfillment.
• Define and refine business requirements and use cases with user communities.
• Provide implementation, production, upgrade, user support, and internal IT documentation.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Monday through Friday
• Associate degree required; three additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT; experience in IT support, application administration, system administration, or ServiceNow is preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including users, groups, roles, access, permissions, forms, lists, and basic platform troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, automation, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to support business requirements definition, quality assurance, acceptance testing, and software troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
