What you will do

• Administer the ServiceNow environment, including patch management, upgrades, and daily troubleshooting.
• Configure scheduling, assignment, mobile, and dispatch workflows to improve operational throughput.
• Build UI policies, client scripts, system notifications, and mobile interface experiences.
• Manage task dependencies, assignment rules, and territory-planning logic.
• Configure parts management, stockroom synchronization, asset transfers, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain scheduling and map-based integrations while ensuring platform data integrity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct, hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of business rules, ACLs, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into reliable platform configurations.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring mobile playbook or workflow environments.
• Experience with complex scheduling logic and geographic or territory-based task routing.
• A service-first approach to platform configuration and user experience.
