Field Application Engineer (Cabinet Efficiency)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, with responsibility for Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, and Arizona. The role requires independent work from a home office, frequent regional travel, air travel, and overnight travel of 50% or more as dictated by the territory.

What you will do

• Increase sales revenue for cabinet efficiency products, including printers, software, marking materials, tools, value-added solutions, and control cabinet accessories.
• Coordinate joint sales activities, customer training, demonstrations, and mutual action plans with regional sales teams.
• Provide local technical expertise on cabinet efficiency and power-related applications.
• Develop regional sales tools, marketing collateral, and campaigns while supporting industry associations.
• Build customer, partner, and stakeholder relationships and provide customer insight for product and industry expansion.
• Maintain CRM data, report territory performance, meet sales quotas, and communicate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree; a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
• At least two years of sales or marketing experience with automation and industrial control products.
• Ability to work independently from a home office with limited supervision.
• Strong oral, written communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for up to six hours at a time, travel by airplane, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel overnight 50% or more and maintain regular, on-time attendance.
