What you will do

• Partner with customer engineering teams to understand technical challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Support new product development, next-generation technologies, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Present design concepts, simulations, and technical recommendations to customers.
• Drive projects from prototype through production launch and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Act as a technical advisor, build long-term customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and strong technical foundation.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in thermal, electromagnetic, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• Ability to interact with customers and translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
