Medical Assistant / LPN - Pediatrics/Internal Medicine Raymond - Full Time

Location: Raymond, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

What you will do

• Prepare patient charts and ensure diagnostic results, reports, and consultations are available for providers.
• Room patients, record complaints, allergies, vital signs, medication histories, tobacco history, and health maintenance information.
• Perform age- and condition-specific measurements, screenings, hearing and vision tests, respiratory testing, ECGs, and point-of-care testing.
• Collect and process specimens, perform venipuncture as needed, and document procedures accurately.
• Administer medications and immunizations and process prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Maintain clinical supplies and medication sample areas according to storage, labeling, and inventory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or certification as an EMT or Combat Medic required.
• One to three years of medical assistant experience preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification/ABR-OE strongly recommended.
• Computer and electronic medical record experience preferred.
