Project Manager (Electrical Data Center Construction)

Location: New Mexico, United States; frequent construction-site work and up to 10% travel required

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and lead teams of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors while coordinating tasks and performance.
• Allocate materials, equipment, and personnel, and manage procurement and vendor relationships.
• Monitor project execution, safety, quality, budgets, timelines, and client communications.
• Manage scope changes, change orders, project documentation, progress reports, inspections, and compliance with electrical codes.
• Complete project reviews, final deliverables, reports, and invoices at project closure.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recent Project Manager experience in electrical data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Experience with project management tools including Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid, and P6.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, change order requests, scheduling, take-off meetings, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• NFPA 70E or OSHA certification and commitment to safety and quality standards.
