Regional Sales Director (Telecom)

Location: Remote, with 60% domestic travel; ideal candidate located west of the Mississippi. Role location: East Syracuse, NY, US.

Base compensation: $150,000–$200,000 annually, plus a Sales Incentive Plan, benefits, and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Lead Territory Sales Managers and independent sales representatives serving the national telecommunications market.
• Drive profitable growth by expanding the customer base, winning new accounts, and growing existing customer relationships.
• Manage sales targets, opportunity forecasting, account allocation, and individual performance objectives.
• Execute initiative action plans and oversee the sales process from lead generation through deal finalization.
• Ensure accurate reporting on opportunities, account plans, specifications, and wins.
• Build cross-functional relationships across the territory and connect commercial strategy with execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven sustained sales growth across existing and new business in North America.
• Experience with strategic pricing, end-user selling, customer account growth, and new account development.
• Sales leadership experience in a market relevant to hirify.global.
• Experience improving sales team performance and coaching sales skills.
• Computer literacy is required; CRM systems experience is advantageous.
