Senior Benefits Analyst (LATAM)

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs across LATAM.
• Manage annual benefits renewals and collaborate with local brokers and vendors on rates, terms, and coverage.
• Develop benefits communications and support new-hire benefits orientations.
• Oversee invoice reconciliation, audits, financial processing, cost projections, and budget management.
• Support global benefits, well-being, process improvement, vendor management, and employee experience projects.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver compliant benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and strategy.
• Hands-on experience managing LATAM or international benefits programs.
• Experience designing and rolling out corporate benefits programs.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with close attention to billing reconciliation, cost projections, and budgets.
• Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday and advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Bilingual English and Spanish or Portuguese proficiency for communication with LATAM vendors and employees.
