People Analytics Manager

Location: Remote in Costa Rica; candidates must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica through citizenship or residency with work rights. Employment is arranged through hirify.global's Employer of Record. An office is available at Escazú Village WeWork in San José.

What you will do

• Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, recruiting systems, Carta, and Pave to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Lead total rewards analysis, including equity administration, cap table forecasting, and compensation benchmarking.
• Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and business leaders on workforce plans, hiring priorities, and program improvements.
• Use AI tools while validating outputs and maintaining data quality.
• Surface emerging workforce risks and opportunities, including talent pipeline and rewards-program issues.

Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Hands-on equity administration experience with Carta or a similar platform, including cap table modeling.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies such as Pave, Radford, or Mercer.
• Experience working across HRIS, engagement or performance platforms, and ATS systems as a power user.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; SQL or basic scripting experience is useful.
• Excellent written English and legal authorization to work in Costa Rica are required.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Rippling, Lattice, and/or Lever.
• Experience partnering with Recruiting or L&D on analytics-driven programs.
• Experience supporting a multi-country workforce, including EOR arrangements.
