O&M Plant Attendant

What you will do

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Perform routine inspections, basic maintenance, and first-line fault diagnosis.
• Identify, report, and respond to plant abnormalities, defects, and safety concerns.
• Follow HSE procedures, environmental standards, and permit-to-work systems.
• Support operational reporting, investigations, improvement projects, planned maintenance, and outage activities.

Requirements

• Qualification in engineering, process engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in power generation or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance, and industrial-process troubleshooting.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work under pressure, make decisions during emergencies, solve problems, and collaborate in a shift team.
