Maintenance Site Team Leader (Robotics)

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland; on-site at a client warehouse

What you will do

• Lead a small, growing team of on-site maintenance technicians, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Provide hands-on technical support and operational direction for daily maintenance activities.
• Plan and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor automation system performance, prepare reports, and coordinate the resolution of escalations and performance issues.
• Manage material purchasing within budget and coordinate third-party schedules and mandatory equipment inspections.
• Ensure technicians, contractors, vendors, warehouse operators, and visitors follow health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience, including 1+ year as a senior maintenance team member, mentor, or recognised expert.
• Competence in mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance operations and engineering.
• Ability to provide client-facing support, de-escalate issues, and rebuild stakeholder relationships when required.
• Ability to work independently and make business or leadership decisions autonomously.
• Willingness to work hands-on with robotics systems and machines.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehouse automation, industrial robotics, materials handling, or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
