Maintenance Technician (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Waterford, Ireland; onsite

What you will do

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment across product supply lines.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and respond to breakdowns and production stoppages.
• Execute scheduled maintenance, support changeovers and line clearances, and complete equipment setups.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to support repairs, upgrades, and fault-finding.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Automation, Production, and Quality teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis, OEE improvement, Smart Factory projects, and preventive maintenance planning.

Requirements

• Experience working in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and execution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
• Availability for a 25/5 shift pattern on a three-cycle, eight-hour schedule.
