SAP Sales & Distribution Functional Analyst (SAP SD)

Location: Remote from any UK city; occasional travel to client sites may be required. Applicants must be sole UK nationals who have lived and worked continuously in the UK for the past five years and must be eligible for security clearance. Occasional work outside standard hours, including weekends, may be required.

What you will do

• Work with business users to understand requirements, challenges, and day-to-day processes.
• Identify practical SAP SD solutions and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and configure SAP accordingly.
• Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, enhancements, and SAP-related projects.
• Create and execute test scenarios and support users through changes with training and guidance.
• Collaborate with business and technical colleagues while developing knowledge of wider SAP Logistics functionality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) is required.
• Experience in business analysis, business solutions, or a similar role.
• Understanding of business processes and how SAP can support and improve them.
• Experience supporting users through business process changes and resolving issues with business and technical teams.
• Experience creating and executing test scenarios, with strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility for security clearance, sole UK nationality, and five years of continuous residence and work in the UK are required.

Nice to have

• SAP certification or willingness to work toward certification.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Interest in developing skills across wider SAP Logistics functionality.
