Digital Business Analyst (Web & Bookings)

Location: Hybrid role based in Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead business analysis activities across digital projects and continuous improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Gather, validate, own, and document business, system, and non-functional requirements.
• Define and document current-state and future-state processes.
• Work with stakeholders to shape digital products and solutions that improve the pub experience.
• Collaborate with product teams and third-party vendors to design and deliver solutions.
• Build strong relationships across IT and the wider business to support successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven business analysis experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Strong understanding of web, apps, integrations, APIs, and customer data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to lead workshops.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, with ambiguity, and across multiple initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications or progress toward BCS Business Analysis certification.
