Business Analysis Manager (JD Edwards Platform Manager)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office for interviews.

Salary: $89,600–$157,000 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide business leadership and oversight for projects and enhancements involving JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and associated applications.
• Own and prioritize the JD Edwards project backlog based on business value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and work items for development teams.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, subject matter experts, engineering, quality assurance, and production support teams.
• Lead release planning, monitor implementation progress, and address delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support user acceptance testing, business readiness, implementation planning, and post-release backlog refinement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, application business ownership, or related roles.
• Experience working with or managing users of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, quality assurance, and operational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, backlog management, and release planning skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and align business and technical teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent education in business, technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards functional areas such as Order Entry, Product Catalog, Invoicing, and Cash Application.
