Senior Inventory Fulfillment Coordinator (IT Hardware Asset Management)

Location: Seattle, United States; fully onsite

Salary: $70,500–$99,000 total cash range, with potential increases up to $113,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage IT hardware ordering and the end-to-end asset lifecycle across the AMER region, from provisioning and deployment through refresh and secure decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate asset tagging, tracking, chain-of-custody records, and ServiceNow CMDB data.
• Support and escalate ServiceNow asset-related tasks for regional and onsite coordinators.
• Validate, reconcile, and remediate inventory data while investigating discrepancies and variances.
• Conduct regional stockroom audits and maintain documentation for audit, security, and compliance readiness.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, logistics, IT operations, workplace, and security teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management, end-user computing, or IT operations.
• Experience managing the complete hardware asset lifecycle from procurement through decommissioning.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region environments and acting as an escalation point for coordinators or support teams.
• Bachelor's degree, technical qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Experience working with vendors, logistics partners, and internal procurement teams.
